摘要 作为现代生命科学的四大基础学科之一,细胞生物学同时也是一门实践性很强的学科。学员在进行深入学习的过程中,不仅需要掌握相关的理论知识,而且还要加强理论与实践之间的联系。医学细胞生物学实验教学不仅是理论知识的具体实践,更是培养学员综合能力的重要手段。显微数码互动系统作为实验教学的一种新的辅助手段,已逐渐被应用到各个学科的实验教学中。不同于传统的实验研究仪器,显微数码互动系统不仅具备了显微镜技术的优势,同时也兼具计算机网络技术和图像采集分析技术的重要特征,功能强大且灵活。文章探讨了显微数码互动系统在医学细胞生物学实验教学过程中的作用、优势及对该平台进行实验课程教学改革的探讨。 As one of the four basic subjects of modern life science,cell biology is also a practical discipline.Students in the process of in-depth study,not only need to master relevant theoretical knowledge,but also to strengthen the relationship between theory and practice.The experimental course of medical cell biology is not only the detail practice of theoretical knowledge,but also a key way to cultivated the comprehensive ability of undergraduates.Microscope digital mutual system,as a novel teaching aid,has been gradually applied to various experimental teaching courses.Different from the traditional experiment instrument,the microscopic digital interaction system not only has the advantage of microscope technology,as well as computer network technology and the important characteristics of image collection and analysis technology,the powerful and flexible.The present study demonstrates the role and advantages of microscope digital mutual system on medical cell biological experimental course and discusses the teaching reform of experimental course based on this mutual system.
