摘要
目的探讨启发式临床教学方法(PCMC)与案例教学法(CBL)在神经外科护理带教中联合应用的效果。方法选择在神经外科实习的护理实习生185名,根据实习时间的先后随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组90人,对照组95人。试验组采用PCMC联合CBL教学法带教,对照组采用传统带教方法,比较两组实习生的出科考试成绩、对教学方法的评价及患者对实习生的评价。结果试验组在出科考试成绩、实习生对教学方法的评价以及患者对实习生的评价方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCMC联合CBL教学方法能改善神经外科护理带教的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of combined application of Problem-originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)and case-based learning(CBL)in neurosurgical nursing teaching.Methods 185 nursing interns in neurosurgery were randomly selected.According to the time of practice,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,90 in experimental group and 95 in control group.The experimental group was taught by PCMC combined with CBL teaching method,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.The test scores,evaluation on teaching methods and evaluation on interns of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of test scores,interns'evaluation of teaching methods and patients'evaluation of interns(P<0.05).Conclusion PCMC combined with CBL teaching method can improve the effect of neurosurgical nursing.
