临床路径教学在普外科临床带教中的应用价值探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的探究临床路径教学在普外科临床带教过程中应用的具体效果和其具体实施方法及价值。方法收集2018年7月—2018年12月在我院进行实习的学生和2019年1月—2019年6月在本院实习的学生共计180例的学生资料,依据临床带教所采用的教学方法不同,将其分为对照组和试验组,2018年7月—2018年12月为对照组采用传统教学方法,2019年1月—2019年6月为试验组采用临床路径教学方法。随后,对两组学生接受临床带教后的出科考试成绩和对教学方法的满意度进行测评。结果临床实验的结果表明,采用临床路径教学方法的试验组学生在出科考试各方面考核项目的成绩要优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。从学生对临床带教的满意度上来看,试验组学生对于临床带教的满意度情况也要优于对照组学生(P< 0.05)。结论 采用临床路径教学方法不仅可以促进学生对于普外科医疗知识的掌握程度提升,对于提高学生对于教学的满意度和接受度也具有着重要的作用。 Objective To explore the specific effect of the clinical path teaching in the clinical teaching ofgeneral surgery and its specific implementation methodand value. Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,a total of 180 student data were collected from July2018 to December 2018 during the internship in ourcollege. Based on the teaching methods used in clinicalteaching Different, it is divided into a control groupand a test group. From July 2018 to December 2018,the traditional teaching method was used for the controlgroup, and from January 2019 to June 2019, the clinicalpath teaching method was used for the experimentalgroup. Subsequently, the two groups of students wereevaluated for their clinical examination results andtheir satisfaction with the teaching methods. ResultsThe results of clinical experiments showed that thestudents in the experimental group using the clinicalpath teaching method had significantly better scoresin all aspects of the examinations than the studentsin the control group (P <0.05). From the perspectiveof students' satisfaction with clinical teaching, theexperimental group's satisfaction with clinical teachingwas significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical path teaching methodcan not only promote the improvement of students 'graspof general surgical medical knowledge, but also play animportant role in improving students' satisfaction andacceptance of teaching.
