摘要
目的探讨雨课堂教学方法在本科生肾脏内科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法38名学生随机分为两组,试验组(n=19)采用雨课堂教学方法,对照组(n=19)采用传统讲授式教学方法,教学结束后评估学生课堂上的表现,并对学生进行成绩考核和教学满意度进行问卷调查。结果试验组学生的课堂表现优于对照组。试验组的考核成绩(94.5±2.81)也明显高于对照组(91.0±2.77)(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果提示试验组学生对教学提高学习主动性、分析问题能力、临床实践能力、课堂气氛活跃度、师生间沟通度的评价均优于对照组。结论雨课堂教学方法克服了传统教学方法的一些缺点,在肾脏内科临床见习教学中有比较好的效果,是一种值得鼓励和推广的临床教学方法。
Objective To explore the application effect of rain classroom in clinical probation teaching of nephrology.Methods 38 students were randomly divided into experimental group(n=19)and control group(n=19).Rain classroom teaching method was applied in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was applied in the control group.After teaching,the performance of students in the classroom was evaluated,an examination was carried out and a questionnaire survey were employed to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The classroom performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.The average examination score of experimental group(94.5±2.81)was significantly higher than that of control group(91.0±2.77)(P﹤0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that more students of experimental than control group believe rain classroom teaching method can improve learning initiative,analysis ability,clinical practice ability,activity of classroom atmosphere and communication between teachers and students.Conclusion Rain classroom teaching method,which overcomes some shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,has a good effect in clinical teaching of kidney nephrology medicine,hence it is worth to apply and promote in clinical teaching.
