老年急性脑梗死患者经静脉溶栓治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Intravenous Thrombolysis in Elderly Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析探究经静脉溶栓治疗老年急性脑梗死患者的安全性和有效性。方法选择50例于本院接受治疗的老年急性脑梗死患者展开对照研究,将50例患者依照随机数字表法分为例数均等的对照组和观察组,对照组患者应用常规治疗措施,观察组患者选择阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,进行两组患者临床治疗效果的对比,以患者临床治疗有效率、神经功能缺损评分为评估指标。结果治疗后,观察组患者神经功能缺损评分、临床治疗有效率对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论在老年急性脑梗死治疗过程中应用有效的静脉溶栓治疗效果理想,能够有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Select 50 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital to conduct a controlled study.The 50 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with equal numbers according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and the observation group was selected for intravenous throm bolytic the rapy to compare the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients.The clinical treatment efficiency and neurological deficit score were used as the evaluation indicators.Results After treatment,the observation group had significant differences in neurological deficit scores and clinical treatment effectiveness(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of effective intravenous thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction is ideal,can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficits in patients,and has high safety.
