摘要
目的讨论在COPD患者应用优质护理模式对患者肺功能、生活质量的影响。方法2017年6月—2019年6月选取在我院治疗的老年COPD患者86例,随机对患者进行分组。分别为常规护理组与优质护理组。常规护理组运用常规护理,优质护理组运用优质护理模式。观察两组的肺功能、生活质量结果。结果在为患者进行优质护理后,患者用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量、用力呼气一秒率、呼气峰值流速等指标数据明显改善,其中优质组指标数据改善水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。此外,相较于常规组,优质护理组的生活质量指标评分均呈现明显的提高趋势(P<0.05)。同时,常规组护理服务满意度为72.09%。优质组护理服务满意度为93.02%。进行干预后优质组的护理服务满意度明显提高20.93%(P<0.05)。结论在对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行护理时,通过优质护理能够有效提高患者的肺功能、生活质量。
Objective To discuss the impact of applying high-quality nursing model to patients with COPD on their lung function and quality of life.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,86 elderly COPD patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into groups.They are divided into routine care group and quality care group.The conventional nursing group uses conventional nursing,and the high-quality nursing group uses the high-quality nursing model.Observe the results of lung function and quality of life of the two groups.Results After providing high-quality care for the patient,the patient's forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced expiratory onesecond rate,peak expiratory flow rate and other index data improved significantly,and the improvement level of the index data of the high-quality group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the routine group,the quality of life index scores of the high-quality nursing group showed a significant trend of improvement(P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing service satisfaction rate of the routine group was 72.09%.The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the high-quality group was 93.02%.After the intervention,the satisfaction with nursing service of the high-quality group increased significantly by 20.93%(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,high-quality nursing can effectively improve the patient’s lung function and quality of life.
