细节护理干预对ICU重症肺炎患者的影响

The Effect of Detailed Nursing Intervention on ICU Patients With Severe Pneumonia

目的评价强化细节护理干预对ICU肺炎患者心理状况、生理指标等方面的积极影响。方法选择我院ICU收治的重症肺炎疾病患者,总计90例。结合护理方案,进行ICU重症肺炎患者随机分组(对照组、研究组),对照组(n=45)重症肺炎患者行ICU常规护理,研究组(n=45)重症肺炎患者配合细节护理干预。比较两组ICU重症肺炎疾病患者的心理状态SAS、SDS评分以及急性生理和慢性健康ⅡAPACHEⅡ评分、相关生理指标情况。结果两组ICU重症肺炎患者干预后SAS、SDS以及APACHEⅡ评分和生理指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU重症肺炎患者治疗期间配合应用细节护理干预可以进一步改善患者的生理、心理状况,从而促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the positive effect of intensive nursing intervention on the psychological status and physiological indexes of patients with pneumonia in ICU.Methods 90 patients with severe pneumonia in ICU of our hospital were selected.Combined with the nursing plan,patients with severe pneumonia in ICU were randomly divided into two groups(control group and study group).Patients in control group(n=45)received routine ICU nursing,while patients in study group(n=45)received detailed nursing intervention.SAS and SDS scores,acute physiological and chronic healthⅡApacheⅡscores and related physiological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results SAS,SDS,ApacheⅡand physiological indexes were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU patients with severe pneumonia during the treatment with the application of detailed nursing intervention can further improve the physiological and psychological status of patients,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
