阜平县易地搬迁存在问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Relocation in Fuping County

易地扶贫搬迁是国家落实精准扶贫的重要政策举措,阜平县地处太行深山区,生活在"一方水土养活不了一方人"的贫困人口较多,易地搬迁任务重。通过探讨总结阜平县易地搬迁中存在的扶贫产业、社区治理及拆旧复垦等问题,提出优化后续扶持产业发展长效机制、制定符合实际的社区社会治理模式、统筹推进加快拆旧复垦等对策,为完善易地搬迁政策和落实搬迁工作提供一定的参考。

Relocation for poverty alleviation is an important measure for the country to implement targeted poverty alleviation.Fuping County located in the deep mountain area of Taihang Mountains has a large number of poor people who live in areas where neither water nor soil can support the other.Relocation task is heavy.By discussing and summarizing the problems of poverty alleviation industries,community governance,and demolition and rehabilitation in Fuping County’s relocation,some countermeasures had been put forward,such as optimizing the long-term mechanism of supporting the industrial development,formulating the community social governance model in line with the reality,and accelerating the demolition and reclamation as a whole.All these provided certain reference for improving the relocation policy and implementing the relocation work.
