第二课堂与第一课堂相衔接的育人育才机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,第二课堂与第一课堂相结合共同育人得到了高校的重视,并实施了"第二课堂成绩单",但在实施第二课堂的过程中存在培养方案不完善、资源配置不均衡、学生意识偏失等问题,这些问题使得第二课堂与第一课堂协同育人的效果流于形式,并未真正达到很好的育人效果。本文在借鉴已有的研究基础上,调查了国内部分高校第二课堂实行的情况,并根据笔者的工作实际,提出高校第二课堂与第一课堂相衔接的育人育才机制。 In recent years, the combination of the second class and the first class has attracted the attention of colleges and universities, and the "second Class Report card" has been implemented. However, in the process of implementing the second class,there are some problems, such as imperfect training scheme, unbalanced resource allocation, and students’ consciousness deviation. These problems make the cooperative education effect of the second class and the first class become a form, without really achieving a good education effect. Based on the existing research, this paper investigates the implementation of the second classroom in some colleges and universities in China, and puts forward the mechanism of cultivating talents and talents by connecting the second classroom with the first classroom in colleges and universities according to the author’s actual work.
