摘要 该文阐述了高校中研究生辅导员与研究生导师协同育人机制的现状和存在问题,结合当前我国高校协同育人工作开展情况,提出了关于新时代下高校协同育人机制该如何构建并长久有效发展,为高校培养出更多优秀人才的新思路。 This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the collaborative education mechanism between graduate counselors and graduate tutors in colleges and universities. Combined with the current situation of collaborative education in colleges and universities in China, this paper puts forward a new idea on how to construct and effectively develop the collaborative education mechanism in colleges and universities in the new era, so as to cultivate more excellent talents for colleges and universities.
