基于翻转课堂教学模式提升高职院校党课吸引力的路径初探

高职院校学制偏短,党课集中培训时间有限。通过引入翻转课堂教学模式,增强党课吸引力,能提升党课学习实效。一是打造"智慧党课"互联网平台,打破翻转课堂中党课学习的时间和空间壁垒。二是创新"多维党课"形式,将"说学演画做"与党课内容相结合,激发翻转课堂学习积极性。三是构建"过程性"评价反馈体系,完成翻转课堂教与学的"闭环",形成激励与约束的长效机制。

The educational system of higher vocational colleges is relatively short, and the centralized training time of party class is limited. Through the introduction of flipped classroom teaching mode, enhance the attractiveness of party class, can improve the effectiveness of party lesson learning. One is to create an Internet platform for "smart party class" to break the time and space barriers of party class learning in flipped classroom. The second is to innovate the form of "multi-dimensional party class" and combine "speaking, learning, painting and doing" with the content of party class to stimulate the enthusiasm of flipped classroom learning. The third is to build a "process" evaluation feedback system, complete the "closed loop" of flipped classroom teaching and learning, and form a long-term incentive and restraint mechanism.
