刑法课程有着较强的实践性,具体内容主要是讲授具体罪名,为了帮助学生更好的理解课堂内容,在教学过程中通常都会采用理论和案例结合的方法。但是由于课时有限,理论和案例没有得到较好的结合,这就需要对教学课堂进行改革,"对分课堂"的运用为解决这一问题提供了新的思路。

Criminal law course has a strong practicality, the specific content is mainly to teach specific charges. In order to help students better understand the classroom content, the method of combining theory with case is usually used in the teaching process.
