贫困地区幼儿教师生存状态调查研究——以张家口市为例

摘要 本研究以张家口贫困地区为例,采用问卷调查和访谈法,通过搜集资料和整理数据分析张家口贫困地区幼儿教师生存状态存在的问题,针对问题进行原因分析,最后提出从政府、教育主管部门、幼儿园、幼儿教师四个层面进行精诚合作和共同努力来不断改善贫困地区幼儿教师生存状态,才有利于促进学前教育的均衡发展,最终达到教育公平。 Taking Zhangjiakou poverty-stricken areas as an example, this study uses questionnaire survey and interview method to analyze the existing problems of preschool teachers’ living conditions in Zhangjiakou poverty-stricken areas by collecting data and sorting out data, and then analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, it puts forward sincere cooperation and joint efforts from the government, education departments, kindergartens and preschool teachers to continuously improve the poor areas. The living state of kindergarten teachers in district is conducive to promoting the balanced development of preschool education and finally achieving educational equity.
