摘要
加速寿命试验利用加速应力对试件进行寿命试验,可以提高试验和获得产品的寿命信息的效率。为更加准确地评估高可靠性长寿命机电装备在规定环境下工作的寿命,同时考虑到三参数指数-威布尔分布可以更好地描述复杂产品的失效机理,基于三参数指数-威布尔分布,以应力水平和应力转换时间为设计变量,以产品在正常应力水平下的对数中位寿命估计值的渐近方差最小化为优化准则,进行三步进应力加速寿命试验剖面的优化设计,并与通过传统剖面设计方法设计的剖面进行对比,证明了该优化方法的有效性。
Accelerated life test uses accelerated stress to carry out life test on specimens,which can improve the efficiency of testing and obtaining product life information.In order to more accurately evaluate the working life of high-reliability and long-life electromechanical equipment in a specified environment,taking into account the three-parameter exponential-Weibull distribution can better describe the failure mechanism of complex products.Based on the three-parameter exponential-weibull distribution,the stress level and stress conversion time are used as design variables,and the asymptotic variance of the logarithmic median life estimate of the product under the normal stress level is taken as the optimization criterion,and the three-step stress is performed The optimized design of the accelerated life test section and the comparison with the section designed by the traditional section design method prove the effectiveness of the optimization method.
