摘要
运用PLCSIM Adv的通信方式,建立工业机器人气动手抓三维模型,通过一种虚拟PLC与MCD之间建立通信的方式,实现了虚拟PLC信号控制MCD中气动手抓模型,使其能完成夹紧和松开动作。同时,气动手抓的状态能够实时反馈给PLC,实现了双边通信。验证了在MCD中的PLCSIM Adv通信配置可以实现PLC外部信号对MCD模型进行控制的可行性,为从事机电一体化概念设计的相关技术人员提供了应用案例。
After the establishment of the 3 D model of the pneumatic gripper of industrial robots,a way of establishing communication between the virtual PLC and the MCD——PLCSIM Adv has been explored to realize that the pneumatic grasping model in MCD has been controlled by the virtual PLC signals so that it can complete the clamping and loosening action.At the same time,the status of pneumatic grasping can be fed back to PLC in real time to realize bilateral communication.It is verified that the PLCSIM Adv communication configuration in MCD can realize the control of MCD model by PLC external signals,which provides an application case for related technicians engaged in mechatronics conceptual design.
