摘要
某型减速器箱体由结构钢焊接后加工而成,需要进行有限元模态分析,以确保其良好的动态特性。首先以不同网格大小划分网格,比较了5组网格大小下的网格质量,并以对应网格下的前12阶自由模态验证了网格无关性,最后分析了箱体在实际安装条件下的前6阶约束模态,结果表明:箱体的前6阶自由模态频率很小,在实际安装约束条件下,箱体的前6阶约束模态明显提高,实际应用时将具有良好的动态特性。
A certain type of reducer box is welded and machined from structural steel,and finite element modal analysis is needed to ensure its dynamic characteristics.First,the 3 D model is meshed with different grid sizes,quality of 5 groups of grid sizes were compared,and first 12-order free modes were used in grid independence verification.Finally,The first 6-order constrained modes under actual installation was analyzed,the results show that the frequency of the first 6-order free modes of the cabinet is very small.Under the actual installation constraints,the first 6-order constrained modes of the cabinet are significantly improved,which provides theoretical basis for practical applications.
