舰载导航评估系统的机械化武器装备设计

摘要 舰载导航评估系统是一种推算式导航系统,其功能发挥很大程度上是由初始对准精度以及坐标系转换来确定的,因此在对机械化武器进行对接时就提出了更高要求。基于此,提出舰载导航评估系统的机械化武器装备设计。在参数计算和配套设备选型设计的基础上,安装双引擎,之后明确禁射提前角的基础上,完成印制板的布线和设计。实验表明,改进后的舰载导航评估系统的机械化武器装备设计的装备能力与传统设计法的相比,其装备时间大大缩短且成本控制表现优秀,二者呈正相关系。设计的机械化武器装备设计不仅在成本上占优势,且制备的武器在达标率上有所提高,这大大降低了财力和物力的浪费。所以,该方法在军工制造和应用上是切实可行的。 Shipborne navigation evaluation system is a kind of dead reckoning navigation system.Its function is determined by initial alignment accuracy and coordinate system transformation to a great extent.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward when docking mechanized weapons.Based on this,the mechanized weapon equipment design of shipborne navigation evaluation system is proposed.On the basis of parameter calculation and matching equipment selection and design,the installation of dual engine,and then clear the advance angle of no firing,the wiring and design of PCB are completed.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional design method,the improved shipborne navigation evaluation system has shorter equipment time and better cost control performance than the traditional design method.Moreover,the mechanized weapon equipment design in this paper not only has an advantage in cost,but also has a higher rate of reaching the standard,which greatly reduces the waste of financial and material resources.Therefore,this method is feasible in military manufacturing and application.
