湖南省“两客一危”智能终端标准现状与对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of“Two Kinds of Buses and a Kind of Vehicles Carrying Dangerous Goods”Intelligent Terminal Standard in Hunan Province

对国内外"两客一危"车辆智能终端标准管理与技术的现状分析,找出湖南省"两客一危"车辆智能终端应用现状存在的问题,提出针对湖南省"两客一危"车辆智能终端地方标准研究与制定的相应对策,推动湖南省"两客一危"车辆各级监管平台建设,为制定《湖南省道路运输车辆主动安全防范系统技术要求与测试规程》等湖南省地方标准提供参考,助力湖南省交通强国试点建设。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the standard management and technology of"two passengers and one dangerous"vehicle intelligent terminal at home and abroad,finds out the problems existing in the application status of"two passengers and one dangerous"vehicle intelligent terminal in Hunan Province,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the research and formulation of local standards of"two passengers and one dangerous"vehicle intelligent terminal in Hunan Province,so as to promote the development of Hunan Province The construction of"two passengers and one danger"vehicle supervision platform at all levels can provide reference for the formulation of Hunan provincial local standards such as"technical requirements and test procedures for active safety prevention system of road transport vehicles in Hunan Province",and help the pilot construction of a traffic power in Hunan Province.
