摘要
对邦纳PresencePLUS P4智能相机系统与西门子S7-1200 PLC之间的RS-232自由口通讯和Modbus/TCP通讯程序设计的分析,找出两种通讯方式的优缺点,提出克服其不足的应对措施,实现被测工件X、Y和R旋转坐标数据通讯。
Through the analysis of designed program between Banner PresencePLUS P4 smart camera system and Siemens S7-1200 PLC by the RS-232 free port communication and Modbus/TCP communication,we find the advantages and disadvantages of the two communication methods,and realize the data communication of the X,Y and R rotation coordinates of measured.object.
