摘要
近年来,智能制造带领各行业飞速发展,其水平高低也代表着国家实力的强弱。高带宽、低时延的技术特点使5G网络成为了智能制造产业发展的必然途径,此外边缘计算也因为能够实现碎片化工业网络的统一接入而受到制造业的青睐。基于5G和边缘计算技术,搭建新型智能仓储数字化管理平台,将设备测量,物流仓储管理,数据、任务下发,数据回传、分析、展示完整闭环,大大提升了自动化程度和管控能力,并在商用飞机制造行业得到了较好应用。
In recent years,intelligent manufacturing has led the rapid development of various industries,and its level also represents the strength of the country.The technical characteristics of high bandwidth and low delay make 5 G network an inevitable way for the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.In addition,edge computing is favored by the manufacturing industry because it can realize the unified access of the fragmented industrial network.Based on 5 G and edge computing technology,a new intelligent warehouse digital management platform is built to measure equipment,manage logistics and warehouse,distribute data and tasks,return,analyze and display data in a complete closed loop,which greatly improves the degree of automation and control ability and has been well verified in the commercial aircraft manufacturing industry.
