摘要
干法生产氢氧化钙的传统控制模式是半自动或自动控制,所生产的产品需人工采样检测,根据检测结果再进行调整相关工艺参数,不具备智能化生产。阐述控制氢氧化钙消化最主要的工艺参数之一——产品含水率(水分%),通过在线监测水分仪检测计算水分含量数据,并实时传输和反馈给流量计,进而控制相应的调节流量大小以达到氢氧化钙水分含量能控制在目标范围内。系统设计在线监测水分仪能够实现无人值守智能控制氢氧化钙消化,达到了稳定产品质量、省工,省时,增产的效果。
The traditional control mode of dry production of calcium hydroxide is semi-automatic or automatic control.The products produced need to be manually sampled and tested,and the relevant process parameters are adjusted based on the test results.There is no intelligent production.This article describes one of the most important process parameters for controlling calcium hydroxide digestion-product moisture content(moisture%).The moisture content data is calculated and measured by the online monitoring moisture meter,and transmitted and fed back to the flow meter in real time to control the corresponding regulated flow The size to achieve the calcium hydroxide moisture content can be controlled within the target range.The system design online monitoring moisture meter can realize unattended intelligent control of calcium hydroxide digestion,and achieve the effect of stabilizing product quality,saving labor,time and increasing production.
