旅游产业与文化产业耦合发展研究

Research on the Coupling Development of TourismIndustry and Cultural Industry

基于综合评价指标体系、耦合协调度模型对安徽省旅游产业与文化产业协同发展的测算评估与分析得出:近十年(2009-2018),二者各自的发展水平稳步提升,但相比较而言基本属于文化产业滞后型;二者耦合协调度稳步提升,从中度失调(2009-2010)、濒临失调(2011-2013)到中级协调(2014-2016)、良好协调(2017)、优质协调(2018),再结合安徽省文旅融合的现存问题,为促进二者进一步协同发展,从概念解读、政策推行、产品系列及保障措施四个层面进行探讨。

Based on the comprehensive evaluation system and the coupling coordination model,this paper calculates and analyzes the coordinated development of tourism industry and cultural industry in Anhui Province,and concludes that in the past decade(2009-2018),the development level of each of them has been steadily improved,but they are basically lagging behind in cultural industry;the coupling coordination has been steadily improved,from moderate imbalance(2009-2010)to near imbalance(2011-2013)To intermediate coordination(2014-2016),good coordination(2017)and high-quality coordination(2018),combined with the existing problems of cultural tourism integration in Anhui Province,in order to promote the further coordinated development of the two,this paper discusses from four aspects:concept interpretation,policy implementation,product series and safeguard measures.
