摘要
以246名高校辅导员为研究对象,采用心理授权问卷、情绪调节量表和职业认同量表,探讨高校辅导员心理授权、情绪调节对职业认同的影响机制。结果表明:(1)高校辅导员心理授权与情绪调节呈显著正相关;(2)高校辅导员心理授权对职业认同存在显著的正向预测作用;(3)高校辅导员情绪调节在心理授权和职业认同的之间起部分中介作用。
A questionnaire survey of 246 college counselors was conducted to explore the influence mechanism of psychological authorization and emotional regulation on professional identity of college counselors.The results show that:(1)psychological authorization of college counselors is positively correlated with emotional regulation;(2)psychological authorization of college counselors has a significant positive predictive effect on occupational identity;(3)college counselors'emotional regulation plays an intermediary role in the process of psychological authorization and professional identity.
