一种基于邻居节点间相互影响的谣言传播模型

摘要 目的针对信息爆炸下社交媒体,特别是线上媒体网络信息传播的新特点,建立模型进行仿真研究并分析考虑邻居节点间相互影响对谣言传播的速度和范围的影响。方法在传统SIR模型基础上,结合目前社交网络特点,构造包含4种节点的SIRA模型。考虑到邻居节点的相互影响,通过定义2个概率函数,对SIRA模型作了改进。得到考虑邻居节点权重、感染节点权重的SIRA-improved模型,并在小世界网络与无标度网络进行仿真,对比不同条件下的信息传播过程。结果通过对SIRA模型和SIRA-improved模型的图形比较,发现在SIRA-improved模型中由于考虑到邻居节点影响及度大的权威节点在信息传播中的权重,沉默节点峰值明显变小,说明在社交网络中,权威节点和邻居节点的影响确实促使代表中立态度的沉默者表达自己的传播倾向或反抗倾向。通过SIRA-improved模型在BA网络的仿真结果可以看出传播节点的变化过程受BA网络幂律性影响,变化速度更迅速,传播范围变大,但传播节点峰值始终稳定在传播感染转化率附近。结论权威节点和邻居节点能加速谣言传播速度,但传播感染转化率对谣言传播速度和峰值有重要影响,在防控谣言和辟谣过程中,网络结构中权威节点有一定影响,但控制谣言的传播感染率更为重要。 Objective According to the new characteristics of social media,especially online media network,this paper establishes a model to simulate and analyze the influence of neighbor nodes on the speed and scope of rumor spreading.Methods Based on the traditional SIR model and the characteristics of current social network,a SIRA model including four nodes was constructed.In the light of the mutual influence of neighbor nodes,the SIRA model was improved by defining two probability functions.SIRA-improved model taking into account of neighbor node weight and infection node weight was obtained,and simulation was carried out in small world network and scale-free network to compare the information transmission process under different conditions.Results After comparing SIRA model with SIRA-improved model,it was found that in SIRA-improved model,the peak value of silent node was reduced obviously,which shows that in social network,the influence of neighbor node and the weight of authority node in information transmission were considered,the influence of authority node and neighbor node did not prompt the neutral silent person to express his spreading tendency or resisting tendency.The simulation results of SIRA-improved model in BA network showed that the changing process of propagation nodes was affected by the power law of BA network,the speed of change was faster and the propagation range was larger.But the peak value of transmission node was always in the proximity of near the transformation rate of transmission infection.Conclusion Authoritative nodes and neighbor nodes can speed up the spreading speed of rumors,but the transformation rate of spreading infection has an important influence on the spreading speed and peak value of rumors.In the process of preventing and controlling rumors and refuting rumors,authoritative nodes in network structure have certain influence,but it is more important to controll the spread of rumors.
