阿托伐他汀钙应用于慢性心力衰竭并心律失常治疗中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of chronic heart failure and arrhythmia

目的分析阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性心力衰竭并心律失常的效果。方法94例慢性心力衰竭并心律失常患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各47例。两组均采用阿托伐他汀钙胶囊治疗,对照组应用剂量为20 mg,实验组应用剂量为40 mg。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为100.00%显著高于对照组的89.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组HDL-C水平(1.64±0.03)mmol/L优于对照组的(1.13±0.06)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为4.26%显著低于对照组的17.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭并心律失常患者临床治疗的过程,可采取40 mg剂量的阿托伐他汀钙辅助治疗,安全性和有效性高,对血脂的改善更好。

Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of chronic heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia were divided into experimental group and control group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 20 mg dose of atorvastatin calcium capsule,and the experimental group was treated with 40 mg dose of atorvastatin calcium dispersible tablets.The clinical efficacy,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 89.36%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HDL-C level(1.64±0.03)mmol/L of the experimental group was better than(1.13±0.06)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 4.26%,which was significantly lower than 17.02%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of chronic heart failure or arrhythmia,40 mg dose of atorvastatin calcium can be used as adjuvant therapy,which is safe and effective,and can better improve the blood lipids.
