阿奇霉素联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗支气管哮喘的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of azithromycin combined with budesonide/formoterol in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的研究阿奇霉素联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法82例支气管哮喘患者,通过双色球法随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患者肺功能指标、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的ACT评分(24.24±2.53)分及第1秒用力呼气容积(2.61±0.46)L、用力肺活量(3.57±0.71)L均明显高于对照组的(20.97±3.08)分、(1.80±0.51)L、(2.80±0.62)L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.145,P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者应用阿奇霉素联合布地奈德福莫特罗进行治疗,可有效改善肺功能及呼吸情况,有效控制哮喘,且安全性较高,预后良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide/formoterol in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 82 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into control group and observation group according to two-color ball method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin based on the control group.The pulmonary function indicators,asthma control test(ACT)scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The ACT score(24.24±2.53)point,forced expiratory volume in 1 second(2.61±0.46)L and forced vital capacity(3.57±0.71)L of the observation group were obviously higher than(20.97±3.08)points,(1.80±0.51)L and(2.80±0.62)L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 21.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide/formoterol in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively improve lung function and respiratory status,effectively control asthma,and has high safety and good prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
