玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的疗效研究

Efficacy study of Yupingfeng Granule on children with allergic rhinitis

目的分析玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床疗效。方法80例过敏性鼻炎患儿,以单盲随机抽样法分为参照组和实验组,各40例。参照组患儿予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,实验组患儿在参照组基础上予以玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状体征消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果实验组总有效率95.00%高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组喘憋、气促、咳嗽、哮鸣音消失时间分别为(3.62±0.62)、(3.16±0.26)、(3.69±1.26)、(3.55±0.67)d,均短于参照组的(4.92±1.26)、(4.86±1.64)、(6.29±2.61)、(5.96±1.34)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率10.00%与参照组的7.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒可有效减轻过敏性鼻炎患儿流涕、鼻塞等症状,临床疗效显著,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng Granule on children with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 80 children with allergic rhinitis were divided into control group and observation grup according to single-blind random sampling,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the experimental group was treated with Yupingfeng Granule based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptom and signs and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of the experimental group was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of asthma,shortness of breath,cough,wheezing rale of the experimental group were(3.62±0.62),(3.16±0.26),(3.69±1.26)and(3.55±0.67)d,which were shorter than(4.92±1.26),(4.86±1.64),(6.29±2.61)and(5.96±1.34)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the experimental group was 10.00%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 7.50%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng Granule can effectively reduce the symptoms of runny nose and nasal congestion in patients with allergic rhinitis,with definite and significant clinical effect and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of reference.
