某锂辉石矿浮选废水回用的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为考察某锂辉石矿浮选废水回用至生产流程的可行性及技术方案,对清水和浮选废水进行水质分析,在实验室进行浮选废水回用试验。结果表明,对于浮选尾矿不处理的浮选废水,回用前用硫酸调整pH值至中性范围,一定程度可减轻回水对浮选指标的影响。回水不进行处理,通过调整和优化浮选药剂制度,可提高锂辉石矿的浮选指标,且效果优于调整回水pH值的技术方案。在尾矿浆中添加氧化钙做助沉剂,通过调整和优化药剂制度,其废水回用后浮选指标进一步提高,闭路试验可获得锂精矿Li_2O品位5.18%,Li_2O回收率80.10%的较好指标,综合经济效益与清水条件基本相当,为初步实现锂辉石矿浮选废水回用提供借鉴。 To examine the feasibility and technical scheme of the recycling of spodumene flotation wastewater in the production process,the laboratory experiments on the reuse of flotation wastewater were carried out based on the water quality analysis of clean water and wastewater.The results show that adjusting the wastewater pH to the neutral range with sulfuric acid before the recycling can reduce the negative impact of the wastewater on the flotation index to a certain extent for the wastewater from tailing pulp without treatment.Without treating the wastewater,by adjusting and optimizing the flotation reagent scheme,the flotation index of spodumene can also be improved,and the flotation index is better than that of the wastewater pH adjustment scheme.After adding calcium oxide as a sedimentation aid in tailing pulp,by adjusting and optimizing the flotation reagent scheme,the flotation index after wastewater reuse has been further improved,the closed circuit test can obtain a good index of lithium concentrate Li2O grade of 5.18%and Li2O recovery rate of 80.10%,the comprehensive economic benefits are basically equivalent to that of clean water,which provides a useful reference for the recycling of flotation wastewater in the spodumene flotation process.
