摘要
筋板结构的布置位置和形状,以及筋板与主体结构的连接情况都会对水轮发电机组大部件的局部应力、结构变形、刚度性能和固有频率产生影响。本文计算分析了筋板对水轮发电机组大部件在局部应力、结构变形、刚度性能和固有频率等以上各个方面的具体影响情况,并提出了合理建议,对水轮发电机组的设计和安装制造具有一定的借鉴意义。
The layout position and shape of the stiffened plate structure,as well as the connection between the stiffened plate and the main structure,will affect the local stress,structural deformation,stiffness performance and natural frequency of the large parts of the hydro-generator set.This paper calculates and analyzes the concrete influence of rib plate on the local stress,structural deformation,stiffness performance and natural frequency of large components of hydro-generator set,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,which have great reference significance to the design,installation and manufacture of hydro-generator set.
