摘要
采用高温煅烧的方式对炭质页岩进行活性的激发,研究了不同煅烧制度对炭质页岩火山灰活性的影响。利用差热分析法对炭质页岩的煅烧温度做出初步确定,并进一步研究了升温速度、保温时间以及冷却方式等不同煅烧制度对炭质页岩活性的影响。结果表明:炭质页岩的活性来自于煅烧过程中,其内部粘土矿物(伊利石、绿泥石)分解出无定形的活性SiO2和活性Al2O3,最佳煅烧温度为800℃,最佳升温速度为10℃/min,保温时间为30 min,采用自然冷却的方式。
High temperature calcination was used to stimulate the activity of carbonaceous shale, and the influence of different calcination systems on the activity of carbonaceous shale pozzolan was studied. The calcining temperature of carbonaceous shale was preliminarily determined by differential thermal analysis, the effects of different calcination systems, such as heating rate, holding time and cooling method, on the activity of calcined carbonaceous shale were further studied.The results show that the activity of calcined carbonaceous shale comes from the calcining process. The internal clay minerals(illite, chlorite) are decomposed into amorphous active SiO2 and active Al2O3. The best calcination temperature is 800 ℃, the best heating rate is 10 ℃/min, the holding time is 30 min, and the natural cooling method is adopted.
