农村小规模学校教师专业素养提升策略

摘要 为了实现教育的均衡化发展,推进教育的公平公正,教育部要求实现农村教育的不断优化,使每一个农村孩子都能享受优质教育。而在这个过程中,对小学生的教育被许多教育工作者看作是最为复杂的教育难题,同时也是教育部门最关注的问题。为响应教育部门的号召,促进教育公平,提高农村学校教育质量成为全社会关注的热点问题,而农村教师队伍素质恰恰就是影响教育质量高低的关键因素。 In order to achieve a balanced development of education and promote fairness and justice in education,the Ministry of Education requires continuous optimization of rural education so that every rural child can enjoy high-quality education.In this process,the education of elementary school students is regarded by many educators as the most complicated educational problem,and it is also the most concerned issue of the education department.In response to the call of the education department,promoting fairness in education,and improving the quality of education in rural schools have become a hot issue of concern to the whole society,and the quality of the rural teacher team is precisely the key factor affecting the quality of education.
