摘要
以I型兔皮胶原蛋白(Col)和O-羧甲基壳聚糖(O-CMC)为原料,采用中和透析法制备了Col/O-CMC复合水凝胶,然后通过扫描电镜和红外光谱对其进行表征,并重点探究O-CMC质量浓度对复合水凝胶的溶胀率、流变性、接触角、体外降解性及抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,Col与O-CMC之间依靠氢键作用力相结合,且随着O-CMC质量浓度的增加,制备所得到的凝胶内部结构趋于致密,当O-CMC的质量浓度为10 mg/mL时,其孔径为(201.32±14)μm、溶胀率为42.78%±1.39%、水接触角为53.91°±0.63°、质量损失率降低至52.95%。此外,复合水凝胶对大肠杆菌的抑制率达到了100%,使其应用于抗菌性支架材料具有广阔的前景。
Collagen(Col)/O-carboxymethyl chitosan(O-CMC)composite hydrogels were prepared by neutralization dialysis based on type I rabbit skin collagen and O-carboxymethyl chitosan.Then SEM and FT-IR were used to characterize the hydrogels,and the effects of O-CMC concentrations on the swelling ratio,rheology,contact angle,in vitro degradation and antibacterial properties of the composite hydrogels were investigated.The results illustrate that Col and O-CMC are bonded by hydrogen bondings,and as the mass concentration of O-CMC is 10 mg/mL,the pore size of the gels is(201.32±14)μm,the swelling ratio is 42.78%±1.39%,the water contact angle is 53.91°±0.63°,and the mass loss rate decreases to 52.95%.Moreover,the antibacterial rate of composite hydrogels to E.coli reaches 100%,which endows the hydrogels with broad prospects in the field of antibacterial scaffolds.
