摘要
氧化石墨烯(GO)的两亲性及在水油体系中的乳化作用,使基于GO稳定的Pickering乳液成为近期的一个研究热点。文中简单介绍了Pickering乳液和GO的结构特点,综述了GO的微观结构、pH、油相、GO/油/水比、离子强度、GO的功能化、辅助稳定剂和金属纳米粒子表面修饰等因素对GO Pickering乳液稳定性的影响。通过调控上述因素使GO在油水界面处形成牢固的界面膜是获得稳定的GO Pickering乳液的关键。
The amphiphilicity of graphene oxide(GO)and its emulsification in water-oil system make GO-based Pickering emulsion become a hot topic in recent research.This paper briefly introduced the structural characteristics of Pickering emulsion and GO,and summarized the factors that affect the stability of GO Pickering emulsion such as the microstructure of GO,pH of mediums,types of oil phase,GO/oil/water ratio,ionic strength,functionalization of GO,auxiliary stabilizer,GO surface modification with metal nanoparticles,etc.By regulating the above factors,the formation of a strong interfacial film at the oil-water interface is the key to obtaining stable GO Pickering emulsion.
