某船垫升机组轴系卡滞故障分析

Analysis of the jamming fault of the shaft system of a ship’s cushion lift unit

文章以某船垫升机组轴系卡滞故障案例为研究对象,通过对中间支撑损坏情况的分析,得出此次故障的主要原因是该船运行状态恶劣。根据故障原因,制定了更换零件、做表面处理及加装隔离板的维修方案,故障排除。

This paper takes the case of a ship’s shaft system jam fault as the research object.Through the analysis of the damage of the intermediate support,it is concluded that the main reason of the fault is that the ship is in bad running condition.According to the cause of the failure,the maintenance plan of replacement parts,surface treatment and installation of isolation plate is worked out,and the fault is eliminated.
