Training model of ship enterprise safety production based on group dynamics

安全生产培训是改变员工安全生产意识的主要途径之一。如何高效地进行安全生产培训,是企业安全管理工作的一个重点攻克方向。船舶企业安全生产培训一直以来都受到以承包商职工为主体的一线员工自身特点的制约。文章用群体动力学相关理论作为指导,结合实际工作情况,设计并运行新型安全生产培训模式,进一步提高企业安全生产培训效率,增强了一线工人安全生产意识和安全防范能力,为企业各项生产任务顺利完成贡献力量。

Safety production training is one of the main ways to change the safety consciousness of employees.How to carry out safety production training efficiently is a key direction of enterprise safety management.The safety training of ship enterprises has been restricted by the characteristics of the first-line employees with contractor workers as the main body.Under the guidance of group dynamics theory and combined with actual work situation,this paper designs and runs a new safety production training model to further improve the efficiency of production safety training in enterprises.Enhance the safety awareness and safety prevention ability of front-line workers,and contribute to the smooth completion of production tasks.
