王新陆教授从血浊论治皮肤病经验撷菁

Professor WANG Xinlu’s experience in treating skin diseases from turbid blood

王新陆教授在长期的临床实践和理论研究中提出“血浊”理论,将血浊应用于皮肤病的临床诊治环节中取得了良好的效果。他指出血浊是皮肤病的发生、发展过程中的重要病理基础,形成之后又能作为继发性致病因素,加重皮肤病的病理变化,因此血浊是皮肤病的病理枢纽;提出以化浊行血、宁肤清热为治疗原则,以化浊宁肤汤为基础方,选药以治化浊行血其本,以宁肤清热缓其急,而更兼以解表和通利药物予浊以出路,在皮肤科疾病的诊治中具有重要地位。

Professor WANG Xinlu put forward the theory of“turbid blood”in the long-term clinical practice and theoretical research,which achieved good effects in diagnosing and treating skin diseases.Professor WANG pointed out that the turbid blood is the pathological basis in the process of occurrence and development of skin diseases.After the formation,it can be used as a secondary pathogenic factor to aggravate the pathological changes of skin diseases.Therefore,the blood turbidity is the pathological hub of skin diseases and he proposed the treatment principle of cleaning turbid and calming skin and clearing heat.The composition of Huazhuo Ningfu Decoction should be taken as the basic prescription.The drugs should be selected to treat the turbid and promote blood circulation.It should also be used to relieve the symptoms and clear the heat to relieve the urgency.It plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.
