实行教考分离改革师范生职业能力培养评价方式初探

摘要 由于教师资格考试改革,师范院校学生的职业能力培养评价方式也有必要进行改革,考教分离是其改革的有效途径。该文以长沙职业技术学院师范专业对专业基础课程(含专业基础技能课程)采取的各种措施,以及教学与考试分开考查各种工作的案例,从确定每学期实施教考分离考试考查的课程、积极推进校院两级试题(卷)库建设、教考分离的教学进度及教学要求、教考分离考试考查的组织实施、教考分离的注意事项五个方面,进行全方位的探讨和论述。 The reform of the teacher qualification examination has forced the reform of the evaluation of professional ability training for education majors,and the separation of teaching and testing is an effective way for the reform.Based on the various measures for professional basic courses(including professional basic skills courses),and the inspection of various work based on the separation of teaching and testing in the education major of Changsha Vocational and Technical College,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation and discussion from the determination of the courses for implementing the separation of teaching and testing,the active construction of test library construction,the teaching progress and teaching requirements for the separation of teaching and testing,the organization and implementation of the separation of teaching and testing,and the matters needing attention in the separation of teaching and testing.
