基于SWOT分析的“95后”医学生党员发展研究

Research on the Development of"Post-95s"Medical Students as Party Members Based on SWOT Analysis

在全面从严治党的大环境下,高校"95后"学生党员发展步入新常态。该文基于SWOT视角,全面分析了"95后"医学生党员发展的优势和劣势,以及面临的机遇和挑战,结合复旦大学基础医学院学生党建的做法,提出新形势下"95后"医学生党员发展工作的实施路径和策略,以期为提升我国高校学生党建工作质量提供借鉴和参考。

In the context of strict Party management,the development of"post-95s"college students as Party members has entered a new normal.Based on the SWOT perspective,this paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the development of"post-95s"medical students as Party members.And combining the practices of student Party building in School of Basic Medical Sciences,Fudan University,it proposes the implementation path and strategy for the development of"post-95s"medical students as Party members under the new situation,hoping to provide reference for improving the quality of student Party building in our country.
