2018年6月,新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议指出:"本科教育应引导学生铸就理想信念,锤炼高尚品格,夯实知识基础,了解学科前沿,接触社会实际,接受专业训练,练就独立工作能力,成为具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。"对标新时代高等人才教育培养要求,高校是学校教育的最后一环,也是向社会输送合格人才的重要一环。在新的时代命题和人才培养工程中,高校学生组织日渐成为学生自主发展的主要力量,只有主动创设满足学生需求、符合学生习惯、受到学生肯定的育人模式,才能顺应人才培养趋势,有效提升新时代大学生的思想政治认识、实践创新能力和综合素养。

In June 2018,the National Conference on the Undergraduate Education Work of Colleges and Universities in the New Era pointed out that undergraduate education should guide students to forge ideals and beliefs,temper noble characters,consolidate fundamental knowledge,learn about academic frontiers,contact social reality,receive professional training,and practice the ability of independent work,so as to cultivate them to be senior professional talents with a sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability.In response to the training requirements of higher education in the new era,colleges and universities are the last link of school education and an important part of delivering qualified talents to the society.In the new era propositions and talent training projects,college student organizations are increasingly becoming the main force for students'self-development.Only by actively creating an education model that meets the needs of students,conforms to student habits,and is recognized by students can it conform to the trend of talent training and effectively deepen the ideological and political understanding of college students in the new era,develop their practical innovation ability of them,and improve their comprehensive quality.
