浅谈“溶盐于水”式的课程思政——以“半导体制造技术”课程教学为例

课程思政是新形势下课程教学改革的主要目标,该文探讨了在"半导体制造技术"专业课程中融入思政元素的可行性,以光刻技术章节教学为例,深入挖掘课程中的思政元素,并提出实施课程思政的基本思路。引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,激发学生的学习兴趣与爱国情怀,培养学生良好的职业素养,进一步提升高校专业课的教学质量。

Curriculum-based ideological and political education is the main goal of the curriculum teaching reform under the new situation.This paper explores the feasibility of incorporating ideological and political elements into the professional course of"Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology",deeply explores the ideological and political elements in the course taking the teaching of the lithography technology chapter as an example,and puts forward the basic idea of implementing curriculum-based ideological and political education.The aim is to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values,stimulate their interest in learning and patriotism,guide students to have good professional qualities,and further improve the quality of professional education in colleges and universities.
