分-全带教模式在眼视光医学生带教中的应用

摘要 作为一种"聚零为整,化整为零"的实习带教方法,分-全带教模式能够促进实习生对眼视光学理论知识和实践技能的掌握与应用,从而更高效地实现带教的目标。然而,对于带教老师来说,分-全带教模式的应用除了要遵循相应的理论指导外,还要根据实习生的实际情况进行灵活的方法调整,这就需要其在日常的带教中多进行模式应用经验的总结与方法的创新。文章在概括介绍分-全带教模式的基础上,就分-全带教模式在眼视光医学生带教中的具体应用方式及应用过程中需要注意的问题进行分析探究,以丰富带教老师模式应用的思路和策略。 As an internship teaching method of"gathering zeros into wholes and breaking into zeros",the split-full guided teaching model can promote interns'mastery and application of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of optometry,so as to realize the goal of guided teaching more efficiently.However,in the application of the split-full teaching model,teachers should not only follow the corresponding theoretical guidance,but also make flexible adjustments of methods according to the actual situation of the interns,which requires them to summarize experience in the application of the model and innovate teaching methods more frequently.Based on the general introduction of the split-full guided teaching model,this paper analyzes and explores the specific application of the split-full guided teaching model in the teaching of ophthalmology students and the problems that need attention in the application process,in order to enrich the ideas and strategies for the application of teaching models.
