当前我国民族地区职业院校普遍存在师资力量薄弱、教师专业化技能欠缺等问题,这些问题的出现,与民族地区教育政策、经济发展等存在重要关联性。该文围绕这一内容进行分析与探究,总结民族地区职业院校师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,并根据现实情况提出相应对策。

At present,vocational colleges in China's ethnic regions generally have related problems such as weak teaching staff and teachers'lack of professional skills,which are closely related to the education policy and economic development of the areas.This paper conducts an analysis and exploration revolving around this content,summarizes the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges in ethnic regions,and proposes corresponding countermeasures based on the actual situation.
