高校学生心理健康教育案例分析

The Case Study of Mental Health Education for College Students

大学生心理健康教育是高校辅导员重要的工作内容,目前"00后"已成为当代大学生的主体,而这一代人所存在的心理问题较为突出。该文以一位曾患有双向情感障碍学生的心理辅导为例,通过介绍案例背景,对案例进行定性分析,阐述在处理该事件中的应对措施,最后总结此案例给辅导员工作带来的思考和启示,即辅导员面对不同的学生要采用不同的谈话方法,努力提高自身的专业素养,综合利用身边资源,及时了解学生的心理动态,为学生的心理健康发展提供帮助。

Mental health education for college students is an important job for college counselors.At present,"post-00s"have become the main body of contemporary college students,and the psychological problems of this generation are more prominent.This paper takes a student with bipolar disorder as an example,by introducing the background of the case,making the qualitative analysis of the case,exerting the countermeasures in dealing with the incident.Finally,it summarizes the enlightenment brought by this case to the counselor's work.College counselors should adopt different ways of talking to different students,strive to improve their professional quality,make use of resources comprehensively,have knowledge of students'psychology timely,and provide help for students'mental health development.
