该文基于对社会主义文化传承的了解,阐述了新时代背景下文化自信特有的时代性、民族性和开放性等专有属性,提出落实社会主义核心价值观、掌握意识形态领导权以及实现社会主义文艺发展等有效途径,达到坚守文化自信的目的,为推动社会主义文化打下良好基础。

Based on a briefly understanding of the inheritance of socialist culture,this paper explains the unique characteristics of the times,nationality,and openness of cultural self-confidence in the new era,and proposes effective ways to achieve the goal of adhering to cultural self-confidence and lay a good foundation for promoting socialist culture,such as implementing socialist core values,mastering ideological leadership,and realizing the development of socialist culture and art.
