摘要
针对煤矿液压支架用阀安全检测效率低下、精度不高的技术难题,以及为满足新的阀类产品开发和旧阀检修后的快速测试,保证生产中相应参数和指标的综合性能要求,利用传感器技术、计算机测控及虚拟仪器等技术,设计开发了一套计算机辅助测试系统。通过准确计算和选型,各管路在不同状态下均具有较低的压力损耗。该测试系统可对液压支架用阀进行综合性能检测,实现试验数据同步采集、转换、分析和在线显示功能,达到检测过程的自动化。结果表明:该测试系统显著提高了液压支架用阀的检测效率和测试精度。测试平台可长期稳定运行,为液压支架用阀相关产品提供质量保证,提高采煤生产设备安全稳定运行效率。
Aiming at the technical problems of low efficiency and low accuracy in safety detection of valves for hydraulic supports in coal mines,and in order to meet the requirements of new valve product development and rapid test after maintenance of old valves,and ensure the comprehensive performance of corresponding parameters and indicators in production,a set of computer-aided test system was designed and developed by using sensor technology,computer measurement and control and virtual instrument technology.Through accurate calculation and type selection,each pipeline has lower pressure loss in different states.The test system can test the comprehensive performance of the valve for hydraulic support,to realize the synchronous acquisition,conversion,analysis and online display of test data,and achieve the automation of the test process.The results showed that the testing system can significantly improve the testing efficiency and accuracy of the valve for hydraulic support.The test platform can run stably for a long time,to provide quality assurance for hydraulic support valve related products,and to improve the safe and stable operation efficiency of coal mining production equipment.
