摘要
为了加快巷道掘进速度,缓解矿井采掘失调的局面,研究了煤矿巷道掘锚一体化快速掘进技术,加工设计了掘锚机施工辅助设备,主要为液压顶篷、煤壁落煤阻挡装置及掘锚机进刀路线,基于掘锚机技术特征,研究了掘锚机施工工艺流程和巷道支护工艺优化流程,并进行了工程效果实践分析。研究得出,煤矿巷道掘锚一体化快速掘进技术提升了临时支护的可靠性,实现了煤巷的快速掘进。
In order to accelerate the speed of roadway excavation and alleviate the unbalanced situation of mine excavation,the integrated rapid excavation technology of coal mine roadway excavation and anchoring has been studied,and the auxiliary equipment for the construction of tunneling anchors has been processed and designed,mainly including hydraulic roof,coal wall falling stop device and tunneling anchor based on the technical characteristics of the windlass,the construction process of the windlass and the optimization process of the roadway support technology were studied,and the engineering effect was analyzed in practice.The study concluded that the integrated rapid excavation technology of coal mine roadway driving and anchoring improved the reliability of temporary support and realized the rapid excavation of coal roadway.
