通督开窍针刺法联合语言训练治疗儿童语言发育迟缓的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tongdu Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with language training in the treatment of children with language retardation

目的分析通督开窍针法联合语言训练治疗儿童语言发育迟缓的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的96例语言发育迟缓儿童为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组进行语言训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合通督开窍针刺法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组Gesell发育量表各能区语言DQ评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率及患儿家属满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用通督开窍针刺法联合语言训练治疗儿童语言发育迟缓,能有效提高患儿的语言理解能力、语言表达能力及语言DQ,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tongdu Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with language training in the treatment of children with language retardation.Methods A total of 96 children with language retardation admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received language training therapy,and the observation group received Tongdu Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,language DQ scores in all functional areas of Gesell developmental scale in both groups increased than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and family satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with language training in the treatment of children with language retardation can effectively improve children's language understanding ability,language expression ability and language DQ,which has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
