Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing combined with continuous illness tracking on quality of life of uremia patients. Methods A total of 168 patients with uremia admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into observation group(84 cases, fine nursing combined with continuous illness tracking)and control group(84 cases, routine nursing)according to the nursing methods. The quality of life,self-care ability, mental state and complications of the two groups were compared. Results Before discharge, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);at 6 week after discharge, the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the 3rd and 6th week after discharge, the self-care ability score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before discharge and 6th week after discharge, the HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fine nursing combined with continuous illness tracking can effectively improve the quality of life, bad mood and self-care ability, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients with uremia.
