“模拟医院”教学理念在高职护理专业教学中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨“模拟医院”教学理念在高职护理专业教学中的应用效果。方法选取潍坊护理职业学院2019级护理专业10个平行班300名护生,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组150人。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组在“模拟医院”教学理念下实施教学。比较两种教学模式的教学效果及师生对课程评价的满意度。结果试验组学生职业素养和平时表现、专业技能操作、理论知识考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生学习兴趣、知识记忆及理解力、分析与解决问题能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对课程评价满意度为92.67%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。“模拟医院”教学理念下老师对课程评价满意度为90.00%,高于传统教学模式的75.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“模拟医院”教学理念弥补了传统教学的不足,提升了教学质量,其通过将理论和实践相结合来培养和锻炼学生的综合能力,使学生在掌握专业知识和专业技能的同时获得了学习乐趣。 Objective To explore the application effect of"simulated hospital"teaching concept in higher vocational nursing teaching.Methods A total of 300 nursing students from 10 parallel classes of grade 2019 nursing specialty in Weifang nursing vocational college were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 150 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the teaching concept of"simulated hospital".The teaching effects of the two teaching modes were compared,and the satisfaction of teachers and students to the course evaluation were investigated.Results The scores of professional quality and usual performance,professional skills operation and theoretical knowledge of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,knowledge memory and comprehension,analysis and problem solving ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with curriculum evaluation of the experimental group was 92.67%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Under the"simulated hospital"teaching concept,teachers'satisfaction with curriculum evaluation was 90.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the traditional teaching mode,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching concept of"simulated hospital"makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching and improves the quality of teaching.It combines theory with practice to cultivate and exercise students'comprehensive ability,so that students can master professional knowledge and skills and have fun in learning at the same time.
