摘要
RC脉冲电源是微细电火花加工中常用的电源,低开路电压下的微能RC脉冲电源可实现更加微细和精密的电火花加工。针对低开路电压下的微能RC脉冲电源放电波形进行观测,对不同充电电容和开路电压下的充电电容两端电压、放电间隙两端电压及放电回路的电流波形进行了对比和分析。研究发现:由于回路中寄生参数的影响,充电电容两端电压与放电间隙两端电压存在明显区别;由于放电通道存在一定的阻抗,因此沿放电通道存在电势差,这使得低开路电压下的RC脉冲电源极间放电电压也存在维持电压,且易受充电电容的存储电荷量及放电间隙状态等因素影响。
RC pulse power supply is commonly used in micro-EDM,with low open circuit voltage micro-energy RC pulse power supply can realize more precise EDM.The discharge waveforms of micro-energy RC pulse power supply under low open circuit voltage were observed,and the voltage across the charging capacitor,the voltages across the discharge gap and the current waveforms of the discharge circuit were compared and analyzed under different charging capacitors and open circuit voltages.The result showed that due to the influence of parasitic parameters in the circuit loop,there is a significant difference between the voltage across the charging capacitor and the voltage across the discharge gap.A certain impedance in the discharge channel leads to a potential difference along the discharge channel,which makes the discharge voltage between the RC pulse power supply electrodes under low open circuit voltage get a sustain voltage,while the sustain voltage is easily affected by factors such as the volume of charge stored in the charging capacitor and state of the discharge gap.
